I created a book named Travel with a standard cover page. Later I created a new Advanced book jacket by clicking on New, Get Photos, typed in text, etc. I named it Travel 2. How do I get the advanced book jacket (Travel 2) to replace the standard cover in the book (Travel)? Or, how do I not have a cover on my hardback book and just order the Advanced jacket to go with it?
