how do I order just the book jacket?

I apologize if this question has been asked already - I skimmed the threads for an answer, but couldn't find it.

I am wanting to purchase just a printed book jacket. (I made an error on the book jacket that I printed with my deluxe edition book, and want to reprint just the book jacket).

On MyPublisher's website, under the Products & Pricing link, under the Deluxe Hardcover Photobooks link, and I see the following line: "Printed book jacket only: $17.95. Additional book jacket: $8.95".

So it appears to me that I can order just a printed book jacket for $17.95. However - I don't know exactly how to do that.

I tried to save the book under a new name and delete all the pages but the cover. However, when I uploaded the cover as a "book" it still charges me for a 20 page blank book, not $17.95.

So how do I print just a book jacket? Specifically, how do I create just a jacket and how do I upload it to print just the jacket?

If, for some reason, this is not an option- please change MyPublisher's website, since it makes it sound like you can order just the printed book jacket.

When you start a new 'book', there should be an option to create just the jacket only. I think it may be a check mark box, but i'm not totally sure!
