I can upload to 99% and then it hangs! Do I try again? Will I be charged?

I'm running Windows Vista and Firefox 2.0.0.13. I'm using mypublisher 2.3 and updated to Flash 6. (Is the all the info needed? I'm not a computer tech, so if more information is required, I apologize...)

My problem is that I can upload my book just fine and it goes through the process but then it seems to hang at 99% compete. I let it run for 45 minutes at this stage and nothing further happens. I'm wary of uploading too many times for fear of being charged multiple times... Is this something on my end that I should look into?

Any help would be appreciated.

I just wanted to update. I finally, after several more hanging episodes, was successful in uploading my book. I upgraded to Flash 9, installed a fix from Windows for Vista (stupid Vista) and then tried it again after re-starting.

Amazingly, it worked. I'm not sure which step helped, but I thought I'd share anyway
