Can't purchase or share?

For some reason I can't get past the make book - I could before but now I can't?

Earlier I tried to share the book with my family and it said that there was not enough memory?

So I have been unable to upload my book or even get the purchase button to be highlighted (it is dim and won't allow me to click on it?)

Any help?

I emailed customer service yesterday afternoon - and they said the response time would be about 4 hours .... I still have heard nothing? I am wondering if there are problems with this new version?

I am worried though because I spent hours building my book and I really don't want to have to remake it!

The same thing is happening to me. Mypublisher advised me to go the "ORGANIZE" section and to delete the pictures that I am not using in the book. I did that and was able to get to the purchase button. Today I tried to purchase my book and now I am no longer able to click on the PURCHASE button. Very frusterating. I hope mypublisher has some different advice. I really want to buy my book today.

This happened to me, so I saved my book and closed my publisher. Opened it back up and I had the options. I think it may be something with the new software!

BookMaker 2.3 caches images to speed up image handling and improve performance. But sometimes, the software can take a while to prepare all of the images, especially if they're hi-res files. In other cases, BookMaker can get stuck on an image; and as dramaqueen2788 pointed out, exiting and relaunching BookMaker can cure this ill. You should also delete any unused images from your book before you upload -- this will also prevent the 'Purchase' button from locking. If you continue to experience this, shoot an email to customer service. They have access to special release of BookMaker that can help with this too.
