Can't share or purchase

I created my photobook but now the choices to share, upload, or export are not highlighted. I have removed all the unused photos from my organizer. Is there a limit to the total file size for my photobook?

I'm having the same problem. Never worked with a program that will not allow to "purchase".

Any ideas on how I can get pass the "create new account" Won't let me do that either.

I had the same problem a few minutes ago, where the Purchase and Share options were grey and un-clickable. I closed out of BookMaker and re-launched it, and it was fine. Buggy, I guess (either BookMaker or MP?).

Sorry you're stuck without a Purchase button! When you get a hot minute, shoot an email to customer service -- they have a special release of BookMaker 2.3 (2.3.0.2704) that will fix this. Also, please be sure to use 'Make Book' or 'Organize' modes to remove any images from BookMaker that weren't placed on the pages in your book before you Purchase it.

How do you obtain this special fix? This may be related to the error in font-size I'm experiencing with my creation.
