Won't allow me to do any more than 71 pages in a 100 page book!!

I got to page 70/71 and the software won't allow me to continue. I need those pages, and I've spent the last three hours creating a book with the intention of having the full 100 pages.

I've tried to look at all pages and I haven't gotten any where doing that. Any ideas? HELP!

Have you tried to click on the ADD NEW PAGE icon on the bottom of the screen? You need to click add new page and select a template for that page. Is the button greyed out??
