MS Publisher for layout and conversion? [Archive]

I've made several layouts in publisher and when I tried to save it as JPEG (which I was able to), I realized the dpi is not that great as I can see outlines around the text, etc. I then found on this forum that I can change the dpi of the PP slide to photo output by changing the reg key, but does anyone know if I can do this for MS Publisher as well? I searched through the MS help site and can't find anything!

Help!! I don't want to have to redo them in PP!

I am sorry, but I have never used MS Publisher for BookMaker pages, so I can't offer much assistance here...maybe someone else can?
