Can't view book online

I have uploaded a book and received a confirmation that it has shipped, along with the order number and password. When I go to MyBookshelf to view the book and share it (either by clicking the book image in my email software or by going directly to the website), it doesn't appear. (Neither did a previous book when I used its order number). I am asked for the order number but not the password for the book or any of my id and password information for MP. I have tried both Safari (3.1) and Firefox (2.0.0.12). I really want to be able to share the book with other people. Can anyone help? I have a Mac G4 and use OSX 10.4.11 and am using BookMaker 2.2.0.695.

Since I haven't received a reply from My Publisher, I will add another bit. If I understand your system requirements correctly, I must use Internet Explorer 6.0 which is available only for Windows. What about the Mac users? I have the most recent Safari and Firefox, and neither one works.

Hello - you should be able to use MyBookshelf with a Mac. We tested it on Safari as well as Firefox on MAC's. What exactly is it saying - is your password not working? What does it do when you click through on the image from your email?

When I click the image from my email, I am taken to the page that ought to load the book, but then nothing happens at all. If I go to MyBookshelf, I enter the order number but never get a page to enter the password. I can access the book without difficulty on my Windows based computer.

Hmm I haven't heard of any complaints from other MAC users...is anyone else having this issue?

Birdpeeper - are you on the most current version of Flash on your MAC?

I am using Flash Player version 9.0.115.0 for my Mac Power PC G4.
