View Full Version : At purchase, I get a "blank pages" warning when I don't have any.

When I went to purchase my book, I received a warning that I had misspelled words (I knew that, some are proper names not in your dictionary) and then a second warning that I had some blank pages in the book.

I checked and double checked, as I knew I had no blank pages. There aren't any pages that are completely blank, but I have several places where for artistic reasons I decided to reduce my photo size to less than the full photo mold. So the black background of the page shows through where the mold is.

Could that be causing such a warning, because I am positively sure every page in my book has something on it?

I went ahead and purchased the book, but I am within the first hour now. Let me know please.

I am having the exact same problem. I did not get this warning when I uploaded the book to share, but now that I'm trying to upload the same book to purchase, it's telling me I have blank pages, even though I don't. Please advise - I will wait to order until it's resolved. Thanks.

Hello - If you preview your book and it looks OK, do not worry about it. It may state that even if you have a blank photo mold (that may have been intentional) or text box. The best place to preview and check for blank pages is while in MAKE BOOK, click on the button on the far left for ALL PAGES VIEW. Then you will see what your entire book looks like. I hope this helps! Otherwise don't worry about the warning...

OK, thanks. I have several blank text boxes and several photo molds where my photos did not take up the entire mold (both were intentionally done that way), so that may be it. I think my book will arrive soon, so I will check it and re-post here after that.

That's super! Looks like it was those empty molds after all! ;-)

I got the blank pages warning too (MAC 2.2) and I said yes, bc I did have two blank pages- and it removed 25 pages of carefully edited and formatted text which I had spent hours on!!!!!! OH MY ^&%&^*******

Is there anyway to get them back? PLEASE HELP!

I have the same problem with the blank pages warning. I said yes and found out after the book was uploaded the system had deleted my opening page (all text). I have sent 3 e-mails to customer service telling them to canx the order but have received no response.

I would like to re-upload the file and get the book published but I'm stuck waiting for a reply

Please help...
