The new BookShelf is fine but with the old Bookstore format I could enlarge the book to 200% so I could see the pictures better. With the new format, enlarging the screen doesn't enlarge the book for viewing. On today's high resolution monitors, the pictures qppear quite small. I would like the ability to use the 200% to view the books.

I think this tip should be added on the page. If you double click three times on the zoom icon you can see the pictures and text upclose and you can also move the page around. I don't know if this helps or what percentage(i.e. 200%)it is.

I tried that when I first opened a book but it isn't the same as enlarging both pages so you can view every picture at the same time. I just opened one of my books and with four pictures on the page, they are very small. I don't want to have to zoom in on each picture as I'm going through the book.

MyPublisher, is there any way to remove the shiny area that goes from the top of the page to the bottom near the binding on both pages of the new format in MyBookShelf? It makes the pictures look as though something is wrong with the picture. I realize it was intended to make the new format look like the viewer is opening the actual book but I believe viewers would prefer to have a flat format that enables them to view the picture exactly as it prints. Thanks.

I am a new mypublisher user, so I don't know how the old Bookstore. But I did have a question about MyBookstore.
I used the Costco version of mypublisher to take advantage of the 45% discount. When I uploaded my book to have printed, I created a username and password.
However, when I went to MyBookshelf on the Mypublisher website to share my book with family and friends and entered my order number, MyBookshelf did not accept my password. I know I typed the password in correctly - it's the same password I use frequently - I tried several times, and the caps lock is not on.
Do I have access to MyBookshelf as a Costco version user? If so, why is it not accepting my password?
Or is the issue that I just uploaded/purchased the book this afternoon, and it has not yet been printed, thus it is not yet uploaded to MyBookshelf?
If I do not have access to MyBookshelf as a Costco version user - is my only option to share my book with others to have it uploaded again every time I want to share it, using the button located in the Costco version of the software?
Thanks,
~ Caryn

Hi Caryn - I think the problem you are referring to is that if you just placed your order, you probably have not received your password yet. The password is not the same as the password you use to purchase your books, it is a unique password associated with the specific book file. Once your book gets midway through production, it is sent out via email to you. Please let me know if you don't receive the BookShelf notification in a few days. :)
