BookMaker 2.2.0.695 crashes on launch every time -- exceedingly frustrated!

I have been trying to get a book finished, uploaded and printed for about two weeks now. I filed a report of erratic text box behavior, and the response I got was to re-download the software. Didn't solve my problem. Now, I've been told to download 2.2 Which I did. Which now crashes upon launch -- every time.

So now I can't even launch the program let alone finish the book. Come on, folks - I'm trying to use your software to spend probably $250 on a book. What gives?

BTW, I allowed your error trapping dialog box to send my info to you. Please get back to me -- this is a wedding album with time sensitivity. I'm in software development so know how things go -- but this shouldn't be so hard!

We are searching for your crash log - per chance to help us locate it, approximately what time and date (also time zone) did you send in the report?

I got a similar situation. Am on MacBook Pro and I can use 2.2 version for about 2 to 3 minutes before it crashes - every time. And since I installed this version my Lightroom does not work anymore. Too bad I guess as nobody from support was able to help me yet. I took Lightroom off of my mac to be able to complete the orders from my clients with mypublisher.
But that is not gonna work forever.

We should have a maintenance release scheduled for tomorrow. Check the website and redownload tomorrow afternoon!

I think that is right. I tried to re-install it. same thing over and over again... nobody cares

Yes we did post a maintenance release a few days ago - please let me know if there are still issues that it did not resolve.

No it is not solved. Same thing again unless Lightroom is not installed. Got a case number since beginning of April and do not remember how often I already downloaded the new releases without any success. I am borrowing a PC right now to fulfill orders that I had waiting and work on the mac with Lightroom.
