View Full Version : cant purchase
Hello, i am having the same problem as quite a few other people are, i have layed out a book but when i go to purchase it tells me that an internet connection is required. if i press help in the same window, my browser launches..... but not if i press purchase or next. i have a very fast connection and have tried a few browsers.
This problem seems quite common and old. Has anyone worked out how to fix it? surely MP's tech people should have worked it out by now.

Hello Igor - I am sorry you are having difficulties. Unfortuantely the problem typically resides in a setting on the user computer. We are actually updating the way purchase works, however at this time I recommend you try using Firefox from mozilla.com as your default browser. Also ensure you are on the latest versions!
thanks for getting back to me, i am using firefox and have tried safari also all latest versions and i have also tried to do it through a few different servers on 3 different computers.
The my publisher window wont recognize that i'm connected to the internet even though when i press the help button in the same window it will immediately launch whatever browser i have set as my default browser.
