I orderd a book, and I received the confirmation email
and I went to the Bookstore to logon with the book number
and it says that no book number like that exists..??

but i have the email saying the book number

It may take a couple hours after you place your order for your book file to be loaded into the MyPublisher BookStore.

Please check back and see if your book is now available. If not, let me know and I will work to make sure it becomes available for you and your friends to view!

After uploading a book how long should it be before you receive an e-mail saying they have it?

An order confirmation email is sent immediately after the upload of the book is completed. This is sent to the email address you created your account with.
Please note: Be sure to add MyPublisher to your safe sender list otherwise confirmation and shipping emails may be marked as Junk mail and diverted.
