Editing Book Cover?

I have almost completed a book and have now changed my mind about the cover. When I began, I chose to have a jacket cover. After searching the posts on the forum, I found how to change from a Jacket Book to the Window Book although, that is as far as I can get. I would like to change the photo that was used and also to delete the text when I originally designed the cover. The picture and text is showing in the window of the book and for the life of me I can not figure out how to edit the cover....(delete the picture and text). If it matters...I chose the classic hardcover.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First go into Advanced Jacket, click delete jacket, then click on the book size and style button and change to a picture window. When you are on the cover page, simply drag a new image in and retype the text. I hope this helps!
