Hi , I'm new to this My publisher forum but I have ordered two books around Christmas and I am very happy with them. However since I live in Canada I was wondering if I can bundle more then one ook together when ordering and therefore save on shipping. In other words ship them all at the same time. I don't see on the ordering form how to order another different book at the same time.

Thanks for your help in advance
Janet :)

Hi Janet - I am sorry but we do not have the ability to do that in our production facility. Books come out at different times.

Sincerely,

I can understand your production line does not necessarely produce albums we submit in a back to back process. But if a client places an order for more than one album, like I just did this week-end, then I can believe any software could not look at current orders and compare order time. If these order times were within your one hour policy for cancelling any orders, then why could you not hold off on shipping first book and bundle both orders? Any manufacturer knows how to handle client orders in such a way to send all ordered products together. I ordered 2 copies for each of 2 sets of different books (4 books in all) over $300.00 worth of books this week-end, and surely they could of been bundled? Regards

I have a shipping question. You ship only by FedEx. I would like to have delivered to a FedEx Express Shipping Center. They have indicated they can receive packages if they are sent by Express, Economy or Supersaver. Is your least expensive shipping "Standard" any of these three types?

Thx.

I understand the constraints - but can't you guys come up with a 'bin' system for those of us who order multiple styles of books at the same time?

Or do most of your customers only order 1 book (regardless of the # of copies) at a time?

And since these are print on demand, can't my entire order be done at once and then bundled? If my order is submitted, why would it print 2 of my books, then someone else's, then another 2 of mine?

It's a bit more complicated than that. It would require a full process re-engineering. I have submitted it as a request though. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
