When it says 20 pages, does that mean 10 pages both sides, or 20 pages both sides?pages .

Are you referring to the price of the books? 20 pages = 20 printed sizes...so if it is single sided printing, thats 20 sheets, if it is double sided printing, that's 10 sheets.
