Purchasing Book

I'm trying to purchase my book and when I click purchase it tells me I need to be connected to the internet (which I am) and then says click next. When I do nothing happens. How do I purchase my book without re-installing the program and losing all my work? Thanks.

Hi Nicole -

You will not lose your work and should not have to re-download. When you click next, your Internet browser should be launched. I can see from your e-mail address that there is a chance that AOL is your defualt browser. If this is the case, please change your default browser to Internet Explorer or something else, just for this case. AOL has security settings that will not allow it to automatically launch.

This should solve your problem.

I tried changing my internet default but it was already set to Mozilla Firefox, not AOL. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but my BookMaker is 2.0 not 2.1 and when I try to update it, nothing happens and it says BookMaker (Not Responding). If worst comes to worst is there anyway I can re-download the program without having to re-do my book?

Yes, you can redownload without re-doing your PhotoBook. If you are using BookMaker 2.0, that could definitely be the reason!
