Using another software to create one picture from a collage

Hi -- I was not happy with the limitation of the templates (using storyteller style) when having captions, so I used another software (Shutterfly) to create a collage and the captions, then exported that to one JPEG file -- then used that one picture, say 5x7, in one picture spot in BM.

It looks great online,but I have not yet printed the book.

Do you think that will cause any problems in the actual creation of the book?

Depends on if the export is "print" resolution? Is it at least 180DPI...is the file size close to 1Mb or so?
