Export and Purchase issue

I'm guessing the two issues are related, but when I try to upload the book for purchase, I get the upload screen and it doesn't move off of "image 0 of 89" with the nifty "flying pages" thing. Never moves past image zero (but boy those pages keep flying around...).

I then tried to use the export function to try the upload on another mac, and after about 8 minutes of trying to export, the export just stops cold and kicks me back to the main bookmaker screen, but there is no .dime file anywhere on my computer. The export "how much is done" bar never progresses, but stays in that wavy line form that it gets while it tries to figure out how big the job is - at least that's what I think it's doing.

I'm using an iMac (2.16 GHz, core 2 duo) with 2.5 GB of ram, the new OS, and the current version of my publisher.

Any ideas?

Hi Lynn - If it never moves past 0 it could be a problem with one of the initial images in your book. Try to do an upload without say the first 4 images in your book to narrow down if there is 1 problem image.

If this isn't the issue I'll have to ask the tech team.
