Can not view my book in Bookstore

I have tried for hours now to view my book in Bookstore. I have even changed the password internally three times, but it still won;t take it. Everytime I try to log in it tells me the password is incorrect.

Good news is this....I got a call back from the VP. There is help out there, if you can track it down. He said he would make sure that customer service is actually answering the questions asked by their customers.
