I'd like to try and import a book made in the Mac 2.1 app , into the PC 2.2 app. But can't find the HD location where BM stores its files.
Help ?

Ah now I see you are on a MAC...Just try a regular import to the PC...you don't need to save it anywhere to a specific location.

So Im going to ask for a bit more help on this..
Im running BM 2.1 on the Mac. Im also running Parallels / Win XP on the Mac... So I've got BM 2.2 for XP running as well. Assuming your familar with the way Parallels maps everything, the Mac to PC file access stuff is transparent... So I can see all my Mac partition data thru Windows. But when I start BM 2.2 on the XP side, and do an 'open', it doesn't see the book I've built on 2.1 / Mac side. If I do an import, it just gives me an open file dialog box. So, what to do here ? Where is my existing book that I've built with 2.1 on the Mac side ? Or Where do I need to place it in the XP directory for BM 2.2 to see it ?
Thanks.

In all honest I am not so familiar with parallels and mapping, however I may have a suggestion. BookMaker PC needs to read the application data in the c: drive. Can you EXPORT the books on the MAC side and IMPORT them onto the PC side? They should actually work that way. I don't think you can share application data between the 2 because they run differently.
I hope this helps!
