I placed my order in time for shipping by Wednesday 1/2/08 with 2nd day fedex shipping to be delivered by Friday 1/5/08. I just received shipping information today (Thursday) that it is shipping today instead and will not be delivered until Monday 1/7/08. I have tried to contact Customer Service to upgrade to overnight shipping but have not heard back.
This is a gift for my husband who is leaving Sunday for 6 months....how can I get my book before Monday???

I am sorry but it takes time to produce your book, they are custom made, so you placed your order on 1/3, but it takes us 1-4 days turnaround time. We are currently in 3 day turnaround time, so the order would never have been ready before the 5th. They actually got yours out on Thursday, which is very quick so you exceeded the 3 days! There is unfortunately no way to get your book to you before Monday. FedEx 2 day or Overnight does not deliver on weekends unfortunately. I am really sorry. In the future, please don't forget that it's not just shipping - delivery time is esimated by us producing it, then shipping it. You should have it on Monday though.
