Billing for Shipping

I received my photo book before Christmas and it turned out very well. When I placed my ordered the shipping and handling costs were included in the total charge. However, I just received a separate invoice from FedEx. I though all the shipping was included in the cost charged by MyPublisher? What should I do with this FedEx invoice?

Yes, all fees are included but if the government adds a tax, duty...etc we cannot charge for that on our end and unfortunately have to be paid on the end of the recipient. It's charged by the Canadian government. I am sorry about this but unfortunately it is completely out of our hands.

The same thing happened to me. The additional cost was $10.31 for two books. This does happen from time to time when shipping from the US to Canada.
