"Get Photos" Unstable

so i tried to add a group of photos to use in my book and the program shut down. i think to myself, "well, they are big maybe i need to add fewer pictures at a time.' tried to add just a couple, same story. Finally I add one photo, success! Short lived because when I went to add a second photo the program shut down. What gives? I'm running WinMedia on a Dell XPS so i don't think its a horsepower issue. Anyone else have this problem?

Hello - sounds like your program is crashing for some reason. Try downloading this version...hopefully it will resolve that crash:

do i need to edit the registry to remove the old install?

i went ahead and tried your copy before editing the registry. something is amiss as it still had a couple of the pictures i selected from the first load. furthermore....same issue. crashes everytime i try to add photos. MAC, here i come!

When you download a later version it just downloads over the first one and keeps your file in tact. If you create a new book does the same thing happen?
