Fonts not showing up in the popup box anymore

Between 2.2 and 2.1 something changed. The text box no longer is accompanied by a popup window on what fonts are available.

We have changed the way the font boxes work so now you type directly into the caption. I have seen people not able to see the options when they use a laptop connected to a docking station, or the resolution has been reset recently. You can fix this but shrinking and increasing the size of the app, then close Bookmaker and relaunch it. You should be all set then I hope!
