Please help me upload

Hi,

I've been uploading the book to share 4-5 times now. it's been fine.

but, when trying to buy it and upload it, it say fail to load.

The error message is:
"Failed to load picture from file:
E:\WE.enlarge.mypublisher\xxx_a1_NB7Y9867.brighten .flare.final7.red.jpg
reason: Failed to read JPEG file 'C:\Documents and Settings\xx\Application Data\MyPublisher\BookMaker\G245D573C_94B2_4B02_84B 1_93685EE48BFF\GC9A3D600_C8A8_4621_9590_0C56DEBDD0 7E.jpg': Application transferred too few scanlines"

I've open the file xx_a1_NB7Y9867.brighten.flare.final7.red.jpg manually in internet explore and it opens fine.

what is the fix?

Hi Wedpic - I've never seen this type of error before. Can you tell me, where did you see this message? In the browser or in the clinet? Did it pop up in a grey windows error box?
