Wow. I am Impressed

I am impressed. Placed the order on 12-23-07. Got email on 12-26-07 showing what my photo book looked like. Received another email on 12-26-07 from My Publisher saying the photo book was printed, and is in process to cut, collate, and bind, then shipped. An hour later my order shipped. Received photo book next day (Fed Ex Ground). One word, Wow. I?ve tried MPIX and Blub. Without a doubt My Publisher is the best. People were commenting on the excellent photo quality, and were wondering if My Publisher redid my photos. Blurb is cheaper, but the quality isn?t there. Prices are higher than Blurb, but comparable to MPIX if you do not get the leather option, and limit yourself to 50 pages, which is the maximum with MPIX, and the quality doesn?t compare. My Publisher won me over, and I?m stuck ordering in leather. Only complaint, I can?t get on My Publisher?s site with my PC (Vista) from home. I have to use my MacBook.

I have Vista Home Edition on my Toshiba Satellite laptop and I get into MyPublisher without any problems. Maybe it is your security settings or your Internet Security program. I haven't tried uploading a book yet using my laptop but have been able to run the Bookmaker software and add pictures. So far I've gotten into every program and site I wanted. I've only had my laptop since November but there have been several updates so you might make sure your Vista is updated

I have same security settings n Firefox both on my PC and Mac. I even shut off my anti virus ad firewall program (Kaspersky) on the PC, to no avail. The more I use Vista the more of a an I'm becoming of the Mac.

Hi Brianric - I'm so glad you are happy with our services. Thank you for posting! As for Vista - I have seen people with Vista have issues with the permissions within the Vista OS itself. Make sure you are set as the Admin user.

I am the admin with Vista, as I'm the only user. As long as I have my MacBook I'm ok. Next desktop will be a Mac.
