I'm SO irritated!!!

I can not upload my book. It just gets stuck on the purchase and upload screen. My internet browers never launches for me to login. I keep posting variations of the same problem, and keep getting MyPublisher's generic response. I've read other posts from people having the same problem, and they also keep getting MyPublisher's generic response. So, MyPublisher, can you please give me an answer other than the generic response that you have given to everyone that has had this problem? Your answer is not helping. I AM USING IE 7 AS MY DEFAULT BROWSER, I RE-DOWLOADED BOOKMAKER 2.2 A DOZEN TIMES, MY SECURITY SETTING IS MEDIUM, I TURNED OFF MY POP UP BLOCKER AND I TURNED OFF MY FIREWALL. Any other suggestions, PLEASE?!?!?!?!

Hello - I am so sorry and I completely understand your frustration. If you have done all of those things (for the record, the others have gotten through and it tends to be a problem with one of those configurations) I have seen others post that they have success using Mozilla Firefox as their browser. Maybe you can give that a shot? We are compatible with Firefox as well.
