I recently received my first book and was thrilled with the quality. Since it was my first attempt and I wasn't sure how nice it would be, I kept it to just over 20 pages (double sided). Since I was so satisfied with it I want to do another book using vintage theme. If I keep it to 20 pages SINGLE SIDED, will there be 20 physical pages or are the blank sides considered as a page? My book of 24 pages double sided is very thin and I would like more physical pages without increasing the number of printed pages to 40. Thanks to anyone who can answer this question.

Here is a link to the costs:

As I read it, if you print 20 pages double sided you get 10 pages. If you print 20 pages single sided, you get 20 pages. Both are included in the minimum cost. You can always check the price at the top of the Bookmaker software as you go along.

I usually do the 50 page double sided Classic or Deluxe album and it is just the right size for a coffee table book. I am willing to pay the extra for the pages since it is usually a memorable trip. If I just want a little 20 to 30 page book with nice pictures and a cover picture, I usually print the paperback one.

Cruiser,

Thanks for the information. I read the link and it is pretty clear that 20 pages single sided would be 20 physical pages. I agree that the paperback book would be sufficient for just a few pictures. I would have included more in my first book but I was skeptical about the final results and wanted to test it at a minimum cost. Thanks again for your help.

That is true - 20 pages single sided is billed to you as a 20 page book.

Glad you love your album!
