I just downloaded MyPublisher Bookmaker onto my new computer. I've used it before (on my old computer) and had no problems, but for some reason I keep getting a pop-up error box that reads: Bookmaker Error, "Failed to Load Book". What is this? I haven't even started on a book . . .I can't even type in the title of the book I want to make. And, when I try to X out of the Error message, it won't close or allow me to click on "OK".
Please help . . .I'm ready to create a wedding album before my parents visit in January. Thanks!

Did you transfer data from the old computer to the new one?

I transfered data onto an external hard drive. Originally, I created my My Publisher books on my work computer, but I was "scolded" for it, so that is why I needed to transfer the data. However, I was under the impression that my IT guy cleaned out all of my personal stuff, which included the bookmaker program. That is why I was trying to re-download it on the new computer.
All I wanted to do was start over completely. Can I do that?

Yes, that's a good idea since it sounds like the data wasn't properly transferred over completely. Go to c: > documents & settings > YOUR user > application data > mypublisher and delete that entire folder. Then uninstall the BookMaker you just downloaded and redownload it.
Sincerely,
MyPublisher
