View Full Version : customer service
I've published 4 books with My Publisher and the last one, in November, turned in to such an unpleasant dialogue with Customer Service that I was wondering if others in a similar situation would recommend a company with friendlier customer service. My Publisher admits that their computers failed but claim I didn't write them. If their computer wouldn't accept downloads, I bet they didn't accept letters either. But I thoroughly dislike anyone implying that I'm a liar. Surprise.

Hi - I've taken a look at your order history. I do apologize if you had problems with customer service. We really do our best to make each customer happy. If there is anything I can do to reconcile the situation or if it was left open ended, please let me know.
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas.
Sincerely,
MyPublisher
