I don't where else to post this and I wanted to warn all those that I can.
I ordered my book in time for regular shipping to get my book before Christmas. After creating, uploading and ordering my book, I got an email from MyPublisher saying there was a problem with my order and I should resubmit it. So I tried. Unfortunately I was using a coupon code that was only good for one use and when I tried to resubmit my order it wouldn't allow me to use my coupon code. When I emailed My Publisher's customer service and waited over 24 hours for a response, I was given a new code to try. I tried it and it said it was an invalid code. After sending another email to customer service and NEVER getting a response (it's now been 6 days!) - I ordered my book through a different company.
I hope my experience is NOT the norm, but wanted to notify anyone that might be interested that I hope you have no problems with your book from this company. Because if you do, their Customer Service is terrible and, at least in my experience, it's better to go elsewhere.

Hello - I am so sorry about your experience. I investigated what happened and spoke with our customer service supervisor. In all honesty it seems as though your emails somehow were marked as responded to, but we can't find a response so it seems as though they got stuck somewhere in the system. I fully admit that this is unacceptable, and I hope you accept my sincerest apology. A customer service supervisor is emailing you right now with a new coupon. I know it won't help as far as your Christmas gift goes, but we hope you will use it anyway.

Sincerely,
MyPublisher

I appreciate you're wanting to help correct this issue, but I'm still waiting for the email from the customer service supervisor.

Still havn't received you email.
Does it have anything to do with my having to create a new login and password because your system wouldn't recognize my original? Must not because you were able to find my emails from earlier in the month.
Not sure what the hold up is since you mentioned the supervisor emailing me right then.
I hope we can get some kind of resolution here. This is beyond terrible.

I still have not received the promised email. Is Customer Service closed on the weekend?

Hello - I spoke with our customer service supervisor and she did in fact respond to you that very same day I said she would. She even forwarded me the email. I am very sorry you did not receive the email. Please check your spam filter. If you still don't have it please let me know. I will have to have her call you.

My spam empties immediately so if it went there, I wouldn't be able to check it. I am able to recieve emails from you in the past from the address bookmaker4elementool@mypublisher.com. If you are willing to forward me the email you say the customer service supervisor sent to you, I would consider using it and trying your company again.
