web page failure

Trying to purchase a book and receive "navigation to the web page has failed"

1. I have IE v. 7
2. I have lowered security settings to allow cookies
3. I have bookmaker 2.2
4. I have purchased previous books without a problem.

If I want to export the book to another computer to see if I can purchase on a different machine how would I export the file?

You can use FILE menu > EXPORT. You need to export it to a jump drive or something with lots of memory though! Alternatively, you can try again, maybe there was a web conenction error.

Still getting "navigation to web page was cancelled". Ok, the file is saved. Is there any other way to get the file to MyPublisher?

Hello - there unfortunately is no other way to get the book file to us. Try to IMPORT it to another computer. Download BookMaker first, then import the file and see if goes through.
