No photo on book cover online preview

It had a photo in preview before I uploaded it.

I need it for Christmas, what are my options?

Go ahead and change the jacket layout to something else and then change it back. Drag your image in and out and then back in. I'll email you off line with a coupon to reupload.

But not available for preview yet, so I don't know if it's correct this time.

Also, I just got an email that my order already shipped. Will the corrected jacket come separately?
