I recently received 5 copies of a book I made for Christmas for my wife and her family on their parents who both passed away this September. For the most part, the books were excellent and came out exactly as I had envisioned. On one though, there was a smudge of ink on a clear sky background and the another had a strip of green ink on the yellow background of the page.
While this certainly would call into question MyPublisher's QA process, their Customer Service responded to my issue very quickly sending me a coupon to have the books reprinted and shipped overnight at no charge. This is the type of customer service that one would expect in this type of situation, but so rarely gets these days. Kudos to MyPublisher!
