I placed my order on Tuesday evening of last week so that I could receive my books in time for Father's Day. The latest day they should have shipped would have been Monday. I sent a note to customer service to follow up since I hadn't received my shipping confirmation e-mail. Tuesday I received a response that sometimes there is an error with a book, and that was the case with mine. They said no follow up was necessary. Well I did follow up and let them know I needed my book this week as it is a Father's day gift. I have since sent another note, and have gotten no response, nor an e-mail that my gift has shipped. I have never had such customer service issues before, and would not suggest using My Publisher. There are other companies that make these books, and I will use them in the future. Still waiting for shipping confirmation on a book that should have shipped Monday at the latest and no response from customer service. Not the type of company I'd like to do business with. Thanks for ruining my Father's day gift. Other customers beware!
