Error on My Publisher Website

This is the error I received...I noticed the colon is in the wrong spot in the address...changing doesn't help however...Can someone let me know if they've successfully uploaded something today? I can't believe there's not a phone number to call!

This error (HTTP 400 Bad Request) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the web server, but the webpage could not be found because of a problem with the address.

Hello - we have not really had any complaints about it being down. I think if you try back a few minutes later it should go through.
