I tried to export a book from my desktop to my laptop. The only problem is that when I attach the file to email it - it is too large and the email is deleted by the email provider. Is there any other way to export the book so I can work on it on my laptop?

Yes, you should save to a jump drive, a CD or DVD...or use a free file sending site like www.yousendit.com.
