ReOrder of different type book

I have ordered a book and should receive them today (Yay!) - but I am trying to reorder the SAME book, but in the paperback this time. Every time I try and reorder it it only gives me the hardcover options (like I originally ordered).


Do I have to redo the whole thing or is there a way to just reorder my book in paperback??

My book number is: M552455

Also - for someone to order a book, do they have to download the MP software or can they just order it??

Hello Mrs. Hurly,

You need to change the book size in the software itself. The reason is that for a paper back the cover may change slightly. Go back into the software to your book. In MAKE BOOK, on any page OTHER than the cover page there is a button called Book Size & Style. Go ahead and click that, then change your book size. Just check the cover to be sure you like it...then place the order and you should be all set. No need to recreate anything.

If you are talking about someone ordering a book that you have already purchased, they can use BookStore...no need to download the software in that case.
