I have completed my book and I'm ready to purchase. I push purchase, and then the "Next" button and nothing happens. I am connected to the internet. I have included MyPublisher in my Firewall's exceptions. I have enabled cookies. What do I do next? I really want to order this today!!!

Please ensure you are using BookMaker 2.2 and that you have Internet Explorer 7 set as your default browser. If that doesn't work, reset your Internet conenction. It also could be a firewall issue.

I've been having the same problem for 2 weeks. I've tried everything and it just sits on the page telling me:

You are currently in the middle of your purchase and upload session.

Once your purchase and upload are complete, you will see
an order confirmation page with your order number.

You have clicked back into the BookMaker software.
We recommend that you return to the Shopping Cart by clicking back into your Internet browser window
to ensure that that your book is fully uploaded and the transaction is complete.

At this time, if you make any changes to your book, your purchase session will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your purchase session, you can do so by clicking back to Make Book or closing your Internet browser window.

I have a lage .dime file.
like over 600 megs
a large book. They should have an ftp server we can upload to or you should be able to serve it and give them a link to download an exported .dime file.

That page that you are all referring to is still in the BookMaker client. In order for your purchase and upload session to begin, your Internet browser needs to launch. Please ensure that you are using BookMaker 2.2, if you are unsure it's best to redownload again from our website. You will not lose anything. Then, ensure your Internet browser is IE version 7. Earlier versions will not work! Security settings need to be set to medium. If you are in a corporate office, your firewall may be blocking it.

Sincerely,
MyPublisher

Do you mean you get to 40 pages being uploaded? Are you able to launch your browser and log-in to the shopping cart?

Did anyone ever get this figured out? I have done everything that mypublisher reccomends and nothing happens. My Internet browser doesn't launch and I am stuck in BookMaker. Please help! I really don't want to create a new book in a different program. It's so time consuming! Thank you!

It usually comes down to the computer configuration. You need to be using IE 7 as your default Internet browser, please ensure you are using BookMaker 2.2, the latest version of BookMaker. Also security settings should be set at medium, not high. If this doesn't work, try resetting your Internet connection. If you are at work, a corporate firewall may be getting in the way.
