I received someone else's order and emailed customer support yesterday morning and have not received a response--it's been more than 24 hours. My order # is M569089 and it got mixed up with Fedex reference # 1065550. Mine is for a Christmas gift, and I suspect so is the other person's, so these orders need to be reprinted and shipped in time for delivery before Christmas. Please respond today with a disposition.

I also emailed customer service last week about a coupon question, and have yet to receive a response. I think you all need a 1-800 number.

I finally got a response from customer support (after 24 hours) and they apologized and gave me a coupon code for me to re-place the order free of charge--no additional coupon to encourage me to use them again though. Why they couldn't re-publish and send the order on their own, I don't know, but it shouldn't have been my job to have to upload the book and process the order again. If anyone else received someone else's order, I'd be interested to hear from them at anotheroneontheway@hotmail.com.

So I placed the order again and chose overnight shipping--I just hope it gets here in time.

Hi Vicki - I am very sorry about that. If you placed it again today it should get here by Christmas.
