I am running from Vista Home Premium using a dedicated high-speed cable connection. I completed a 100-page book successfully using BookMaker 2.2.0.2328 but now I cannot get beyond the NEXT button to initiate the upload.
I also cannot successfully do a "BookShop->Price Check" but I assume that is the same issue.
I need to complete this in time for pre-Christmas delivery.
I am running IE 7.0.6000.16565 as my default browser and which I restarted several times, cleared out cookies and cache, and I also tried with my firewall disabled. All other internet sites I can visit with no issue. I also have an XP Pro system that I could transfer the files to and try on that system if that might help (if yes, let me know what files and/or directories need to be transferred). I am a developer so I am open to all options for clearing up this issue quickly - or providing a workaround.
