Help!
I ordered 2 books with 2 jackets (M564338), received them on Friday. One of the jackets has a small but noticible smudge mark from the text, though. The other jacket is fine.
Since I am going to be giving these away as Christmas gifts, what is the quickest way to get in touch with MP to have a replacement jacket sent? I sent a query about something else to customer service last Wednesday or so, and no reply back yet from them so I think they are backed up.
(I don't think its my spam filter blocking a reply from them, since I have received other emails related to my order from MP customer service....)
