Having a problem, I upload a new book and I get the information on the last

I upload a new book to purchase, and when the upload is complete I recieve a confirmation notice on the Order I placed yesterday. I cannot seem to order a new book. I have checked and I have the 2.2 version, medium security on Explorer 7
