Is it possible to save modified jpeg if I made correction in my book?

I made some modifications to photos in MyPublisher book software but would like to not have to redo my modifications in another program in order to simply print the photos. Is it's possible to access/save the modified picture(s) or if I'm out of luck and must redo my edited changes?
