Upload/purchase time

OK I'm new to MP but thus far think it is very cool. I was origionally working through crap-mart....aka walmart.... until i spent 3 weeks designing a photoalbum only to have crapmarts servers crash and find out that they do not back up their servers (which is ludicris) so I lost three weeks worth of work on a very non user friendly system. So after calling and chewing them out about how assinine their damn system is i went searching for a new and better alternative.
So here i am, it has taken me 3 days to do what took me three weeks on walmarts system (thank god) and I have hit "purchase" and have a screen telling me that I am in the upload/purchase process so I am very excited but.... how long does it take to upload and get my confirmation???????
the first time i hit the purchase button i waited 15 mins and it brought me to the same window but it does not seem like it is doing anything. How do I know if it is actually uploading or something is not working right??? And how long should it take to load a 33 page book????????
Please help, if i lose this book it's quite possible I might lose my mind! :)

You might get a quicker response by contacting they're help/support desk rather than post in the forum. They monitor the forum, but the help desk might be faster.

yea I just ordered one and it took about 5 minutes for me to order/ upload a 20 page book so it might take you just a little longer.

I had the same problem initially. I went to the website downloaded the bookmaker again and this time when I clicked purchase then next, it came up to create or log into my account. To my luck everything I had put together in the other program I downloaded transferred. You need to create this account before it will download .You should see a book with pages turning and a narrated update if it is downloading properly. It took about ten minutes for a 22 page book. Sounds like I had been on the same page as you saying it was processing but it wasn't doing anything. Good luck.
