I have emailed customer service twice and had no response. My recent photobook orders had pages in the wrong places and I need them to be corrected and reprinted in time for christmas. Why have I not had a response!!

I did want to follow up with this. I spoke with our supervisor and the last time you contacted us was on 12/5 to ask for the status of your order. Therefore, we have no inquiries in the system from you that have not been answered at all. Our supervisor is responding to you anyway.
