get stuck with the saying:
you have clicked back into the bookmaker software

I get no status and don't know if book uploaded.

HELP

HI Mike -
Your Internet Browser needs to launch. Please make sure you are using Internet Explorer version 7 (not anything earlier). Then you log in to the shopping cart like all other ecommerce sites. Also please verify you are using BookMaker 2.2 and you have cookies enabled.

I just spent the entire day making my book and I have the same problem. I've tried to download Internet Explorer 7 and it's not working. Is that the only way I can purchase a book from you?

Are you sure that your browser has not launched and is minimized or behind BookMaker. Please close everything else on your computer and then give it a shot.

no, nothing open except BookMaker and Firefox. I just updated the latest version of Firefox a week ago. any other suggestions? I planned on ordering 5 books for Christmas.

Got it! I had just downloaded your software 4 days ago so I figured it was the 2.2 version. Just for the heck of it, I downloaded it again and apparently, it wasn't. After I downloaded the 2.2 version, the order went through super fast. Thanks!

Thanks for that last post! You totally saved me from going insane. All I was getting was a blank browser window. And btw, my version of mypublisher which i downloaded this month, says it was 2.2. So go figure - but I downloaded it again and it worked just fine. In firefox. Whew!

Hi, I'm new to MyPublisher and I have a problem uploading.

I clicked through to purchase the book and then got this message in my IE window: HTTP 400 - Bad Request. If I click on the link to go to commerce.mypublisher.com home page, I get this error:

This happened to me all evening yesterday and this morning. Am I doing anything wrong? Thanks

It could be due to high volume. Don't close BookMaker. It is required to be open during the shopping cart session. I recommend trying again.
