View Full Version : Not sure what changes technically you have made but it sure doesn't work

This was the easiest to work with until just recently. When you deleted the old book covers(to my dismay - they were lovely) you also changed the way this system works. It is SO difficult to get back to see what you have in terms of cover (what color) and how to change - then it says you can do this as you check out.....well you CAN'T. No it doesn't work when you go to "change cover" it only directs you to the book covers - not to the choices of leather etc...................

I have so many books I have done with you....but this is getting to be too much work and a hassle to get answers in a timely fashion.... obviously looking at this page I am not alone with being disgruntled.

I have NO clue as to what cover I am ordering but to get on time I must press order.... NO ONE is here to help....

Hi Brandrea -
We really haven't made changes to the way the covers are selected. We did not delete any old book covers, just the older leather covers (which had no impact on the software at all). What type of cover are you trying to make? Book Jackets have no color choice, as the book jacket itself is the design.
