What is this company? Nowhere on the web site does it say anything about photo quality and professional printing. Who is printing these books? What brand of photo paper are they using? why is there no company phone number?

Hello - we have a help link on our navigation that answers all of those questions regarding photo quality. Our paper varies based on book size. It is not "photo paper" as in silver hallide paper or Kodak paper.
